Ingredients
- 1 bottle of Rose (I like Gerard Bertrand Cote des Roses)
- 1 cup ruby red grapefruit juice
- 1 cup crushed ice
- sliced grapefruit
- sprigs of mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pour rosé and ruby red grapefruit juice in ice cube trays. Let freeze overnight.
- Add the rosé and ruby red grapefruit juice ice cubes and crushed ice in a blender. Blend until mixed through, adding more ice as needed.
- Pour grapefruit frose mixture into a cocktail glass.
- Add a slice grapefruit and sprig of mint for garnish.
